CESG  Codices Electronici Sangallenses  ABBEY LIBRARY OF ST. GALL

The CESG-project aims to digitize the codices of the Abbey library of St. Gall in a free virtual library. In July 2006, there are now over 300 complete manuscripts accessible for free  the virtual library is constantly extended.
Also, there are over 52.000 high resolution digital images of the original facsimile pages, plus manuscript descriptions and many search options.
The project is accessible in german, french, english and italian.


Early Modern Thought Online (EMTO)

"Early Modern Thought Online" (EMTO) is a database offering access to about 2000 digitized source texts from early modern philosophy and related disciplines like history of science and theology provided by libraries in Europe and overseas. In the present stage of its development, EMTO merely presents links to external resources. EMTO has been developed at the Lehrgebiet I of the Institut für Philosophie at the FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany. It uses litw3 for database management, and has been funded by the Gerda-Henkel-Stiftung.
EMTO is part of the activities of the European Society for Early Modern Philosophy (ESEMP).


Electronic Resources for Medieval Philosophy Studies

The SIEPM 6th commission aims at centralizing information on various tools for the study of medieval philosophy. With this goal in view, the commission’s own Web site lists available electronic resources (on line catalogs, bio-bibliographical databases, etc.). It also includes a “virtual library” where digitized books are available. Mediaeval Sophia  Studies and researches on medieval knowledge

"Mediaeval Sophia  Studies and researches on medieval knowledge" (www.mediaevalsophia.net) is the E-review of the Officina di Studi Medievali (www.officinastudimedievali.it). The review, which has all formal authorizations as a periodical publication, will be updated every six months and will be put online in July and December; it will be placed side by with the academic journal of Officina di Studi Medievali, “Schede Medievali”, which will continue to appear once yearly. In this phase "Mediaeval Sophia" is online with reading and saving of the texts in PDF format, free of charge, for all sections.


Philosophia Medii Aevi (PHMAE)

An italian web site dedicated to medieval philosophy. It includes a good listing of forthcoming conferences, recent publications etc.


Réseau des Médiévistes Belges de Langue Française (RMBLF)

Founded in 1998, the RMBLF publishes a yearbook of the french-speaking medievalists in Belgium, a list of completed dissertations and theses in the field of Medieval research at Belgian universities, and organizes regular interdisciplanary meetings. The Fonds National de la Recherche Scientifique belge (FNRS) has awarded the RMBLF the status of "groupe de contact".


Site of the Medieval Philosophy historians of the University of Milan (Università degli Studi di Milano)

The aim of the site is to publicise the outcomes of the research done by Professor Mariateresa Fumagalli Beonio Brocchieri and the members of her team at the Università degli Studi di Milano. It contains articles, papers, books, seminars, doctoral theses etc.

A website devoted to the academic study of St. Thomas Aquinas (a.d. 12251274), the medieval Italian, Dominican saint. The site is designed to provide ready access to up-to-date information about resources for scholars of Aquinas, via a constantly-updated news page, which in turn is the source for an RSS newsfeed.

The site of the URHM (Unité recherche en histoire médiévale of the Université Libre de Bruxelles) presents the activites (list of dissertations and theses), the statuts and goals, and the members of the URHM.
